Search Engine Optimisation is the process of making a site visible through the search engines. It's about getting your website to show high in the result for particular string of words.

Optimising a website involves making sure that your content is relevant to your service and back end coding supports your content to help the search engines to promote your site for your preffered strings.

Whilst there is plenty that you can do to optimise your site, there is no one way of getting your site to the top of the search engine listings, if that were the case eveyone would be at number one, and that would be impossible.

A well built website with relevant content, should achieve good ranking within the search engines.
