Websites are hosted in an IBM Blade Centre, which is a pool of resources managed by a VMware system, which continually monitors the hardware performance of the servers. Should there be a hardware failure with any of the resources, the VMware automatically shifts processes to another resource, so that no down time is experienced.

Data is mirrored and striped throughout the resource, meaning that if any data becomes corrupted or there is a problem with a hard drive, the system can automatically replace that data with a copy stored elsewhere within the system. There are two Blade Centres – one in Canberra and one in Sydney and services can be switched between the two in the event of a complete failure of one system. All systems and staff are located in Australia and technicians work 24 hours to monitor and manage the servers.
